Well, my mother has been reading my blog posts and is worried for me.  She is under the impression that my bosses read my blog and will fire me due to my clear remarks that I have nothing to do with my day and my comments about encouraging others to waste time at their jobs as well.  I tried to tell her that nobody here really knows what a blog is, and therefore, will never read mine.  She likes to worry and is really concerned about this.

I tried to explain to her that I do work around here.  After all, I write the blog, take some pictures for the blog, research my thoughts on the web (for my blog), have lunch with my friends (to hear what they want to read about in my blog), talk on the phone (to get ideas for the blog) and a ton of other things I could never explain to make this page a great little blog.  I am also the Assistant (to the) Fire Warden, which is a HUGE responsibility.  In case of a fire alarm, I have to hold the door open in the stairwell and make sure my fellow employee’s make it down the stairs safe.  I then have to ensure that they move across the street to our secure area.  That is a lot of pressure and I need to be free and available at all times in case of an emergency.  I lose sleep at night over the responsibility I have.  People’s lives are in my hands.  You just have no idea of the pressure!

So, that’s it for now.  Hopefully my mom will read this and understand that I am really overworked and not worry so much.  And, if anyone in management is reading this: this blog is for entertainment purposes only and the views expressed by Big Daddy do not reflect those of reality and what he really does here.  As a matter of fact, he doesn’t even write this…the cleaning guy does, so if you think Big Daddy has nothing to do, you are wrong.  The cleaning guy has nothing to do.  He just writes this to help out Big Daddy who is always busy and in important meetings.  Please do not even ask him about this blog so he won’t fire me.  I have kids and a cat to feed.
