So, the other day I wrote a blog about the great sports teams that we have around here and all of the titles that we have won. I pointed out some of the Pro and College teams that we have had the luxury of seeing win the big games but I guess I left out a team.
It was brought to my attention from a reader that the Waltham Cardinals had won the Warrendale 2008 Minor League World Series Championship. So, I apologize to you and gladly add them to the list of our great local teams that have made us all proud!
Congrats to Coach Enzio, Coach Battista & Coach Joe along with players Andrew Miller, Michael Donovan, Matt Davis, Dominic DiBlasi, Anthony Farago, Darren Battista, Ben Divasta, Danny Miller, Kyle Maher & Derek Hovsepian.

Cardinals Rock, the coaches rock, the team is awesome and I’m proud to be buddy’s with #17 !!
