Today Al Roker called in to promote a feature he has running tomorrow morning on The Today show called “Lend A Hand Today” and is filmed in Rye, NH.  After I let him talk about that, the real fun started!

We covered everything including him buying me a Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuit, the “Al Roker-face” video that was made of him (see video below),the whole Spencer Pratt / Heidi Montag issue he was involved in (see video below), his advice to me on shaving my melon, his new show on Animal Planet and if I can trade my dog Bailey in for a different dog.  Needless to say, we covered a lot here.

My FAVORITE part is when he goes off on his producers for rolling their eyes at him because he was talking about head shaving with me!
